This website is built to collect as little as possible.

What this site collects

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts. Fonts, images and video are served from our own domain.

A single preference, whether you paused background motion, may be stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

7448 AI tools

The 7448 AI simulator and outlook download a fixed model snapshot from this site and compute every prediction in your browser. Nothing you enter into them is sent to us, stored or logged.

Hosting logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors. Our hosting provider may process this data outside Canada, including in the United States.

When you email us

If you contact us by email, we use what you send only to respond and to manage our relationship with you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Applications sent to careers@mybrightnest.ca are used only to assess candidates and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Accountability and access

Brightnest Technologies is accountable for personal information under its control. To ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, contact our privacy officer at contact@mybrightnest.ca.
