Brightnest Sales and Marketing Inc. (“Brightnest”, “we”, “us”) is a sales and marketing agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, service interest and message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call and, where you become a client, to deliver our services.

Our website is a static site and does not set tracking cookies by default. If analytics tools are enabled in future, this policy will be updated to describe them and any consent mechanism that applies.

How we use your information

• To prepare a recommendation or proposal you have requested.
• To provide and improve our services if you become a client.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. Access is limited to team members who need it, and we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@brightnestmarketing.ca. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Field marketing and door-to-door campaigns

Our representatives collect contact details from homeowners and businesses only with their consent, for the purpose of booking an estimate or following up on the service discussed. We honour requests not to be contacted and maintain no-knock lists for every campaign.
