Case study 01 · West Coast Rinse

Turning a young exterior cleaning company into a neighbourhood name

West Coast Rinse started in 2023 as a window cleaning service and expanded into pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and soft washing across Metro Vancouver. They needed to fill spring and fall calendars fast in a market crowded with established competitors.

The challenge

Exterior cleaning is intensely seasonal and intensely local. Homeowners decide in a two-week window in spring and again before the fall rains, and they choose whoever is visible at that moment.

As a newer brand, West Coast Rinse had strong service quality but limited review volume, thin local search visibility and no repeatable way to reach the detached-home neighbourhoods where driveway sealing, roof moss removal and gutter cleaning demand is highest.

What we did

We mapped priority neighbourhoods across North Vancouver, Burnaby and the Tri-Cities by housing age and roof type, then ran residential field campaigns timed to the seasonal windows, with representatives booking on-site quotes directly into the company calendar.

In parallel we rebuilt the Google Business Profile with service-specific categories, launched a review request process tied to each completed job and built city-level service pages targeting searches such as pressure washing North Vancouver and roof cleaning Coquitlam.

A lean Google Search and Local Services Ads program ran during peak weeks only, protecting margins in the shoulder season.

41%

Within one season West Coast Rinse had a predictable pipeline for its highest-margin services and a review base that made the brand credible to homeowners who found it online.

Case study 02 · Bright Nest Cleaning

Building a recurring-revenue engine for a Tri-Cities cleaning company

Bright Nest Cleaning delivers residential, office and strata cleaning across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, New Westminster and Vancouver. The business wanted to shift its mix from one-off deep cleans toward recurring residential and commercial contracts.

The challenge

One-time move-out and deep cleans keep crews busy but do not build a business. Recurring weekly and bi-weekly clients, office contracts and strata common-area agreements are where margin and stability live.

The website had service pages but few city pages, little content answering customer questions and no structured data. Commercial prospects were arriving by referral only.

What we did

Our B2B field team prospected office parks, medical clinics and strata-managed buildings across the Tri-Cities, scheduling site walks for the Bright Nest team and following up through a multi-touch cadence.

On the digital side we rebuilt the site architecture around service and city pages (Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby and more), added FAQ and LocalBusiness schema, and published a content calendar covering pricing guides, seasonal checklists and move-out guidance.

A referral program, gift cards and a first-clean offer were promoted through social content and review follow-ups to lift recurring bookings.

Results

2.1×

+168%

organic search traffic to service and city pages

Bright Nest Cleaning now has a diversified client base, a website that ranks across the Lower Mainland and a commercial pipeline that no longer depends on referrals alone.

Case study 03 · North Coast PM

Winning property owners and strata boards with in-person trust

North Coast PM provides property management and maintenance services to owners, investors and strata corporations. Growth depended on earning the trust of owners who had been burned by unresponsive managers before.

The challenge

Property owners rarely switch managers on the strength of an ad. They switch when someone credible shows up, explains how they will protect the asset and answers hard questions in person.

The company also needed a modern web presence that could validate those conversations: clear service tiers, owner FAQs and proof of responsiveness.

What we did

We built a target list of strata councils, small investors and self-managing landlords, then ran a B2B field program combining in-person visits, council-meeting presentations and structured follow-up.

We designed and built a conversion-focused website with owner and tenant pathways, service-level explanations and a management enquiry form, supported by Google Business Profile optimisation and local citations.

Results

27

4

strata contracts secured through council presentations

58%

North Coast PM gained a repeatable owner-acquisition process and a website that turns field conversations into signed management agreements.

Case study 04 · Spirit Bear Contracting

Filling a renovation contractor's pipeline beyond word of mouth

Spirit Bear Contracting takes on residential renovations and general contracting projects. With a reputation built on referrals, the company wanted a controllable source of qualified renovation leads to plan crews and materials months ahead.

The challenge

Renovation buyers research for weeks and are cautious about who they let into their homes. Referral-only growth produced feast-or-famine scheduling and made it hard to hire ahead of demand.

The brand had excellent project photography that was going unused, and no presence at the home shows where serious renovation buyers gather.

What we did

We ran residential field campaigns in established neighbourhoods with older housing stock, using a consultation-first offer rather than a hard sell, and staffed a branded activation at a regional home show.

Project photography was turned into before-and-after social content and used in Meta and YouTube campaigns to stay in front of homeowners during their long research phase, with Google Search capturing high-intent renovation searches.

Results

63

5 mo

2.8×

increase in social engagement on project content

Spirit Bear Contracting moved from reactive scheduling to a forward-booked calendar, with marketing that finally reflected the quality of the work.

Case study 05 · Real City Homes

Generating buyer and seller conversations for a real estate brand

Real City Homes helps clients buy, sell and build homes across Metro Vancouver. In a market where every brokerage runs ads, the team needed a way to stand out and build genuine relationships with prospective buyers and sellers.

The challenge

Real estate is a trust business with long decision cycles and fierce paid-media competition. Generic listing ads were producing expensive, low-intent leads.

The brand needed a website and content presence that reflected its local expertise, plus in-person touchpoints in the communities it serves.

What we did

We designed a community-first field program: neighbourhood market-update events, open-house activations and brand ambassadors at local festivals, capturing consented follow-up for buyers and sellers.

We rebuilt the website with neighbourhood guides, seller resources and home-valuation calls to action, and ran targeted Google and Meta campaigns around specific communities rather than the whole region.

Results

340+

-46%

#1

organic ranking for several neighbourhood guide searches

Real City Homes built a community reputation that ads alone could not buy, and a website that keeps producing leads between events.

How we measure

Numbers you can run a service business on.

Every program reports on the same chain: activity, conversations, appointments, booked jobs and cost per booked job.

01

Doors, conversations, appointments

Field campaigns report daily on doors knocked, genuine conversations, estimates booked and show rate, so cost per booked estimate is never a mystery.

02

Rankings that map to revenue

We track map-pack and organic positions across a grid of Metro Vancouver locations and tie ranking changes to calls, forms and bookings.

03

Cost per booked job, by channel

Every lead is attributed to its source and followed through to a booked job, so budget moves toward what actually fills the calendar.
